The Local Education Agency Partnership, Inc. (LEAP) exists to transform the lives of students by deeply investing in the educators
who serve them. Grounded in equity, LEAP views high‑need schools and communities nationally as places of potential, innovation, and
promise. We cultivate a staff development environment built on psychological safety and mutual trust, empowering every participant
with trauma-informed skills to foster healing, connection, and collective resilience.
Local Education Agency Partnership, Inc. (LEAP) partners with school districts, universities, non-profits, municipalities, and communities
to ensure every student learns from an effective teacher supported by dynamic, equity‑driven leaders every year. Through intentional,
research‑based professional learning, coaching, mentoring, and career‑ladder development, LEAP builds sustainable systems that
elevate educator effectiveness, strengthen leadership capacity, and accelerate student learning in high‑need schools. By cultivating
cultures of trust, rigorous instruction, and continuous improvement, LEAP works to prepare well‑supported educators and well‑prepared
